Founded in 2026 by Laura and Todd Lamberg, a carb‑loving, dog‑obsessed husband‑and‑wife duo in Roswell, GA. Mutt Bagels & Schmears was born from equal parts nostalgia, creativity, and community.

Laura, a former chef turned corporate hustler, always dreamed of opening her own café and saw a genuine need for amazing bagels in Roswell. Todd, originally from Queens,NY, loved the idea of bringing a taste of his hometown to Georgia and proudly served as the official recipe tester. While Mutt Bagels aren’t New York‑style, they’re every bit as craveable, chewy, delicious, and uniquely their own.

The name “Mutt” reflects their signature style: bagels that blend two or more toppings, just like a mutt is a beautiful mix of different breeds. You’ll still find classic favorites like Plain, Everything, Sesame, Poppyseed, Garlic, and Salt, but the lineup really shines with inventive combinations and playful schmears.

Every “Mutt” bagel and schmear is named after the family’s beloved dogs, past and present, and a portion of all proceeds supports local Atlanta animal shelters.
